£150 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your holiday.  The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment can be made by cheque to Angus Hamish Forestry Co Ltd or we can give you our bank details if that would be more suitable.  If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we request full payment at that time.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance as you would if travelling abroad.  Cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival will result in loss of your deposit - however, we will do our best to relet the week and if we are successful will refund you in full. 

Prices include VAT at 20.0%.  Confirmation of your booking and receipts will be issued by post.

Bookings for 2 weeks will be entitled to 5% discount off the second week (except in July and August.)

Well-behaved pets will be considered.  A surcharge of £35 per dog will be payable.  No access to sleeping areas for pets.

No smoking in the Lodge.  If smoking outside please bear in mind the risks of starting a fire in the forest  when the weather is dry.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, logs, linen, towels and a welcome pack to start your holiday off the way you want it to be. If desired you can arrange with us for Tesco to deliver prior to your arrival but please bear in mind that fridge space is limited.
